Do You Know What You NEED To Know?

This technology workshop offers tips and tricks to help novices and experienced users to better understand and harness the technology that has become so essential to our personal and business lives.

Presenter Bud Freund provides tech support for small businesses and individuals in Fairfield County. He shows how to make computers do what they’re supposed to do—and stop doing what they shouldn’t. In Tech D.I.Y. Bud discusses "plain English" strategies for protection and security, and offers suggestions for free soft-ware and email solutions.
